We had the last scheduled mentor hike this morning and there will be one more camper chosen hike tomorrow morning. There was a rattlesnake spotted this morning at the Upper Bald. We have lots of new polar bears and ‘Cherokee head dunkers.’ Many campers made it to the top of the climbing wall today during the activity period, while others fenced, did archery and made wood burning art. It is free time right now and the lake is full. With a tease of cool weather in the morning, today turned out to be quite a scorcher. On the agenda for tonight is a contradance, kind of like a square dance. There will be pictures from that tomorrow.
Photos from today are here and more will be up as soon as I find the cameras I sent out with some other folks.
