Another great day! Some lucky campers got to see the backside of a black bear today as it ran away from their group on this morning’s hike. That is the first of four animals that must be seen by an adult AND a camper in order to reach the Grand Slam. Other hiking groups made it to the balds, explored in the river, or learned about camp’s farm garden.
This afternoon was the second day for activities. Masterpieces were made in both hand & wheel pottery, drummers were drumming, jugglers were juggling, and archers were arching for the elusive bulls eye. Tonight is filled with a fun night of the all camp game predator prey.
