Our first full day of camp is over. The first bell tolled at 7:15 this morning and we ate breakfast by 8AM. We spilt into our mentor groups that we will keep for the rest of the session and each one went some place different. One of the better know hikes of the morning was to Uncle’s Creek where some of the campers officially were introduced to or renewed their membership in, the polar bear club. The groups return from these hikes just in time to eat lunch. After lunch were the first two activities the campers signed up for yesterday. After activities comes free time, then cabin time, and dinner. After dinner was the special upper council fire where we heard a letter written by Chief Seattle and heard a Bob story.
