Discovering GRP's River Otters

This summer we are starting the GRP’s first ever scientific research project! Unfortunately, the trout population on the Green River seems to be disappearing and we are trying to find out why. Several factors may be involved, such as sedimentation, water temperature change, and the reintroduction of the river otter.
So far, we have placed ‘spy cameras’ along the Green in hopes of photographing otters if they are hunting on the river. We are excited to get campers involved, too! Check back soon for updates on our findings!
