Due at GRP at least 2 weeks before your camper arrives. Please include a copy of your medical insurence card and keep a copy of your Camper Health Form.

  Form 1 (4 pages) - to be completed by parent/guardian
  Form 2 (1 page) - to be completed by health care provider

They have a trunk that will fit under our bunks, "The Companion" 32"(L to R) X 18"(F to B) X 11"(H) -(trunks must be under 13 1/4" to fit under the bunks).
